-1300350182 2008-04-14 Received complaint from landowner Joseph Huff that some wells on property are not being produced. No pumpjack on this well. Rods and tubing in place. Chris Nieset said well is pumped with portable unit. Noted access path across farm field to well. Well appears capable of production.
-1874987047 2004-12-16 Checked well at request of landowner Sam Huff. The well is leased to Chris Neiset. The well is the first well south of the large storage tank. There is no pump on the well, however Chris Neiset said that the well was produced this summer with a portable unit. Chris will submit documentation for the well production. The well is not on the State of Ohio database and is not on the bonded list for Neiset. A Notice of Violation was issued on inspection report number 1104250365 to add the well to the bond list for Neiset and post the proper ID sign.
-990304518 2011-07-19 8", 6" w/ casing head, 2" tubing on ring, and rods. No pumpjack on site. Operator said well is pumped with a portable unit or rig during months when crops are off. ID posted.
1353944779 2012-01-09 At the time of my inspection only improper identification was noted. This well is producing into a common tank with four other wells on the lease and well needs identified at tank and at well. Spoke with operator about proper identification.
