-1066624243 2012-05-31 An inspection of this well was conducted with Mr. Gary Nethers to verify well location prior to plugging and abandonment. A GPS reading was obtained and coordinates were researched. The well location was sent to Central Office for further verification. Note: The well is currently listed under Dale Mcdonald instead of Gary Nethers. Mr. Nethers confirms ownership and Mr. Mcdonald states never owned wells on this road.
-601240471 2012-06-14 I arrived at the well location at approximately 10:15 am. Gene Matheny's service rig was set up on the well when I arrived. During inspection I witnessed Gene Matheny recover all 17 joints of 7" casing. I did not witness bottom plug or 4.5" casing being ripped.
-913795977 2012-06-06 Washed in bottomhole clay plug. Nathan Nethers service rig was unable to pull on 4.5" casing w/ packer. Note: 4" tools were not available. Instructed to attempt with casing jacks and although progress was made, they were still unable to pull with their rig. Mr. Gary Nethers will bring in Gene Matheny to retrieve, 4.5" and 7" casings next week.
