-1636208938 2007-01-04 On site to witness grouting of the annular space between the 7" and 10-3/4" casings with class A cement. The cement was spotted using 1" PVC tubing placed between the two casing strings to a depth of approximately 210'. Cement circulated to surface and stayed up.

-549700906 2007-01-08 On January 4, 2007, the annular space between the 10-3/4" and 7" casing was grouted with 51 sacks of class A cement from 210' to surface. This inspection confirmed that the job was successful and the cement stayed up and was present at the surface.

1319653325 2011-10-11 This inspection was completed as part of the required five year mechanical integrity test (MIT). The test well is the 7" production casing in Akron #73. The reference well was the 7" casing in Akron #74 (PN-2967). The test began at 07:00 am and was concluded at 3:00 pm on 10/11/2011. The first pressure difference between the test well and the reference well was 249.672 psi. The final pressure difference between the test well and the reference well, eight hours later was 249.669 psi. Based on the pressure change from start to finish, the Akron 73 well easily passes this MIT.

1844939310 2006-12-14 Arvilla was on site to drill out the 7" production casing. They were using a small mud pump and a power swivel to drill with and were circulating into a half tank. No violations at this time.
