1254248786 2012-12-04 I conducted an urban production inspection. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was shut in on the production side. The tank battery had the proper dike and contained one, 100 barrel oil production tank with the proper identification sign, one, buried concrete brine tank, and partially surrounded by a chicken wire fence. The separator was outside the dike and partially surrounded by a chicken wire fence. The ball valve on the flow line was closed. The lease road was overgrown by grass. I researched our database and found zero production reported to Columbus for 2010 and 2011. I will spoke to Enervest Operating at their office in Hartville and informed them I was issuing a compliance notice for nonproduction. I gave them until 3/1/2013 to put the well into production or file for a plugging permit. NONE_
