1293509024 2009-04-01 Inspection this day due to complaint by Mr. Hesson, landowner tank sits on. He says well idle, tubing dropped in well. Upon inspection, found no tubing in the well head. Tubing was pulled but lost downhole, per landowner. Left message with operator this day. 4/2/2009 - Tim from Enervest called to say well has pressure on it, will open up valves and get it back in line in next few days. Tank needs ID's, has fair dike but needs more, old chart from 2009 in meter. Will monitor.
1331303032 2012-03-07 I recaeived a call from Adam Hesson on behalf of is neighbor to investigate a dead spot in the lawn below the dike. C & G Oil (Carper Well Service) are buying this well and have committed to getting it going this summer - the well has dropped tubing in it and is currently not capable of producing. The well hasn't produced in several years and the 210 bbl tank inside a dike (does not meet SPCC requirements) is where they are metering their gas going into Enervest's sales line. The dike for many years has help water and this day have fresh water in it. The dike has been breached in an attempt to drain the water out and has run downhill from the dike onto the lawn. The lawn is dead in spots and further on down is a dead pine. The site needs redone and they are committed to doing that but Adam wants the tank moved and has ever since he built his house next to it. Once the well is in production and added to bond, they will remove the tank and check for holes and re-do the area to meet State requirements. I will continue to monitor the situation.
