1303145887 2008-08-13 Jeff Fry and I inspected the tank battery at the property of 2972 Ritchie Road at the request of Rod Arn. There are two tanks on location. One of them is a steel 200 barrel tank and the other is a plastic 100 barrel tank. The plastic tank is broken on top. There is about a foot of fluid in the bottom of the tank. We met with the well owner, John Loveridge. He told us that the tank was damaged when the builders of the new home on Ritchie Road were clearing trees. A tree fell on top of the tank. No fluids escaped from the tank. John said that the tank will be replaced and proper identification will be posted at the tank battery. No violations noted this date.
21474133 2002-02-05 WEATHER CONDITIONS: Partly cloudy and 32 degrees. Flow line from the well has been disconnected from the well. The two (2) inch plug has been removed from the 100 Bbl. Storage tank. No ID posted. At 3:00 P.M. I talked to Mr. Love ridge and he advised him of the violations. He advised me that the tank leaked and as soon as he set a new tank he will call me.
