1458136770 2014-07-14 I inspected this producing unit as part of customary and routine inspection activities. The unit is producing and production reports are current. ID placards are present and have current and accurate contact information. The wellhead and battery are located via an access road that extends east from the residential driveway. The tank battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production aboveground storage tank (AST), 1 50-barrel poly brine tank, mechanical separator and Dominion metering run in a chain-link enclosure. Secondary containment dike is good condition. The natural surface drainage from the area of the wellhead and tank battery is to the north-northeast and I did not observe any signs of gully formation, wash-outs, or other impacts associated with the unit. Enclosure gates are locked. I did not observe any signs of leakage, spills, or other problem conditions.
