-2067504658 2004-03-01 Inspection this day found small amount oil still in dike area. Pumper said will have farmer bring backhoe and build up dike, using this material. Asked for completion this week.
-403060604 2004-02-11 Call today regarding oil clean-up - said their was oil in Muskingham - there wasn't - this tank tipped over when river rose back in Jan. - has not gotten it set back up - waiting for ice in tank to thaw - small amount oil laying on corn stalks where water rose briefly - it was OK with farmer, but farmer not the landowner - looks worse than it is - but contacted pumper and asked him to get tank up this week, take a propane torch (or he knew of a better burner) and burn worse spots on ground. Will clean up pit area when tank set back up. Will call Tony Weber, landowner, tonight and talk. Well producing JOE - UPDATE lat/long!
-901006392 2004-09-27 Re-inspect this day - well has been inspected several times prior, several due to spill but lat/long has been put in 2X before now - third time the charm? - JOE- need to figure out why not showing up - not shown on map at all!!! (this may be part of problem?). Inspection this day shows water 1/2 up on tank but did not float, well still producing with jack, good ID's, good dike - JOE UPDATE LAT/LONG!!
1073670478 2004-01-09 Inspection found oil tank tipped over on side - happened when river got out of banks - called in by pumper Gail Dupuy, occurred on Wednesday? Viewed yesterday and back again today to find landowner - did not take to him but Gail said he talked to farmer about what he wanted done to correct. Not sure how much oil lost but felt like only 1-2 bbls - can't tell until tank turned back up - had been picked up last week so not full - farmer not concerned but I told him to get peat moss and spread over oily ground. Oil rimming edge of high water in the field - just a ring laying on the ground extending about 100 feet away from tank. All other oil washed away when water went down. Not much else to do with removing the oil on the ground. No NOV,
765623373 2004-03-17 Inspection this day found dike had been built up and pit deepened per my request due to oil spill. Dike dimensions are approx. 40' x 25 ' but not very deep. Depth ranges from 2' on deep side to only 1' on shallow side. Need an expert to determine if dike meets requirements.
