1278070339 2010-07-01 I performed a random field inspection. I GPS'd both the tank battery and the wellhead for the first time. I continued to walk around both the wellhead and the tank battery. This inspection satisfies 1501:9-9-05. There were no violations at this time.
51937338 2012-04-20 On 4/20/2012, I completed a production well inspection status check for DNR Inspector Chris Grimm. This well shares a lease road with permit numbers 2-0838 and 2-2435. My inspection found the well head was a plunger lift unit (rabbit) that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil/brine tank with the proper identification posted and a separator. I found no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was in good condition. There are no violations at this time.
