-1932598926 2012-08-02 I arrived at approximately 10:30 am to witness this plug job for Mr. Ronald Moran. Nethers Brothers was contracted to plug this well. Nethers Brothers service rig was rigged up on this well when I arrived. Two tons of clay was washed in on bottom before I arrived. Nethers Brothers were attempting to recover the 5.5" casing during inspection. I was not able to stay long enough to witness the casing being retrieved.
-2089299329 2012-07-25 Arrived at well location to witness the plugging and abandonment of alleged "Ives" wells owned by Gary Nethers' father Donnie. Mr. Nathan Nethers service rig was on location with a clay pile. A GPS reading would confirm Permit No. 2725, a well not listed as "Ives" and not owned by Mr. Nethers. As a result, this prompted an inspection of the two remaining Berea wells on property, Permit No. 2689 and Permit No. 2688 all of which are referred to as "Hutchinson" and owned by Ronald Moran. Mr. Nethers was instructed not to plug and abandon said well. A GPS reading was recorded from this inspection.
