1384523725 2013-11-15 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a pump jack. The valves on the wellhead are closed. The pump jack is over grown with brush. The tank battery is surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. The flow line valves leading into the separator are closed. The tank battery is over grown with brush. There is no identification on location. Production records show that the well has not produced since 2008. The lease road has two large piles of roofing shingles that were dumped in the middle of it. I will contact the company about the issues. The well shall be placed back into production in 90 days. If the well is not producible a plugging permit shall be obtained within 90 days and the well shall be plugged within 180 days of this compliance action. NONE
454731298 2014-08-18 My inspection found no changes since my last inspection. I have received a plugging permit from the company and the well is scheduled to be plugged this year.
