-355130765 2013-05-20 My inspection found the well in production. It was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank and one, 30 barrel brine tank. It was surrounded by a dike capable of meeting containment requirements. There was a plug on the load line. The heat, treated separator had the correct spacing and contained a 16 day production chart. There was no identification signs. The lease road was in good condition with a locked gate at the entrance. I called Larry Lower at 216-570-8708 and told him to post the proper identification sign.
