-239197259 2012-10-26 The unit consists of a 2-tank battery with mechanical separator. The spacing is in accordance with the rule, and the valves and mechanicals are in good repair. The loadout valves need locked. I did not observe any signs of leaking product or gas vapors. The wellhead is fitted with a pumpjack. The tank battery dike is missing in parts, as is the dike around the mechanical separator. Wellhead is located adjacent to storm drain and presents a risk of release to surface water. I'm recommending a containment dike for the wellhead . I called Tim Reilly of Great Plains and advised him about the need for locks, dike repair and construction. I indicated that the requested date for completion is 12/31/2012.
