-41990789 2008-04-14 Tom Hill and I performed a random field inspection. The ID sign was posted and the tank battery was in good shape. I found no violations at this time.
-675472755 2008-04-14 Well head and tank battery are in good repair. Permit sign is in good repair. Spacing is good.
-945503790 2014-01-09 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
