1231428270 2009-01-08 I performed a random field inspection. Both the wellhead and the tank battery were GPS'd for the first time. I walked around the tank battery and the well and found both to be in good shape. The ID signs were posted. I found no violations at this time.
1359560795 2013-01-15 On 1/14/2014 I received phone call from the Austintown Fire Department about a natural gas leak at 2640 South Meridian Rd. I called George Stramm from Everflow Eastern and he had the well shut in. On 1/15/2013, I performed a status check. The leak is on the 2" steel sales line. The tank battery consist of one 100 barrel tank and one horizontal separator. The well is a 1.5" plunger lift. ID signs are posted. There is no violations at this time.
