During the inspection, the previously noted violations were explained to Mr. Sterner. Also noted was that Mr. Sterner must register with the Division of Mineral Resources. He purchased this well 3 years ago and thought all paperwork was completed. He was given the required change of ownership form. The previous owner has been contacted by telephone and informed that ownership issue will need resolved. New identification was placed at the well. NONE9
