765877604 2012-07-23 On 7/23/2012, I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well was a plunger lift unit (rabbit) surround by a chain link fence was in good condition. The tank battery was located behind the Pamida store and contained one 50 barrel oil/brine storage tank, with the proper identification posted and a separator, surrounded by a chain link fence. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road is the Pamida parking lot, there are no violations at this time.
