1327284119 2012-01-10 This well was plugged and abandoned on 1-10-12. The idle well violation has been RESOLVED.
1750710827 2011-08-02 I received a complaint call from Jacob Glick (330-832-7897) on 7-25-2011 regarding an idle well on his property. No production has been reported for 2009 and 2010. I inspected the site and found the wellhead and tank battery overgrown with vegetation. The well is idle. I called Fran De Sanctis (440-992-0214) and Matt Pettigrew (419-768-1615), both of Petrox, to discuss this well and they agreed that the well is idle. Plug, produce, or sell the well. NONE_
2094137847 2014-03-10 During my inspection I found the former location of this well to have been restored. The lease road is no longer present and the wellsite has been restored. The location is located in a cornfield behind a sub development. Final restoration can be passed.
2154i442 2002-09-11 Casing valve has been opened. Well does not appear to be producing. Brine line has been disconnected. NONE
2154i509 2002-10-17 10-15-02 Conversation with Mark Depew. He stated that this well was back in production. 10-17-02 Inspected the well and found that the casing valve has been opened. VIOLATION RESOLVED.
