643469417 | 2014-05-30 | Inspected production well on 05/30/2014. The tank battery consists of 3-100 bbl steel tanks, 1-50 bbl steel tank, 2-vertical separators, and a drip located within an earthen dike. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Paraffin was noted around the wellhead that will need to be cleaned up. Some well information is posted at the wellhead, but it is incomplete and will need to be updated. John Bernhardt with JR Bernhardt, Inc. was notified of these issues and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection. |
