1077299128 | 2004-02-20 | At 11:52 A.M. Bret Thompson (pumper) called me and advised the 210 Bbl. tank had leaked. The fluids are contained inside the dike. Inspection revealed a water truck is transferring the oil from this tank to an empty tank across the road to the Rabb lease. Another water truck is picking up hot water to float the oil free from inside the dike area as the first water truck to pick it up, and transfer it to the other tank. Approximately five (5) Bbls of oil is inside the dike. No violations of 1509 O.R.C. or 1501 O.A.C. noted this date. I will conduct a follow-up inspection on Monday.
1077547116 | 2004-02-23 | Follow-up revealed most of the free oil has been removed. I will try to contact the pumper an see how much oil was recovered and see what actions he is going to take to recover the remaining oil. WEATHER & GROUND CONDITIONS: Cloudy, 30 degrees, and frozen.
1083263166 | 2004-04-29 | Follow-up reveled pumper has removed the free oil and has placed sawdust down to soak up the remaining oil. I will advise the pumper next time I see him to remove the sawdust as soon as possible.
1090347588 | 2004-07-20 | Follow-up revealed the 210 Bbl tank has been taken out ot the dike and replaced with a 100 BBl tank.
