1173722969 2007-03-08 Well is leaking oil. Has wood chips around well. Oil and wood chips need to be cleaned up. Contaminated soil needs to be removed. 9-1-07
1199291402 2007-12-17 Original TD on hole is 1635'. Rig could only get to 1580'. Ran tubing to set bottom plug of 400'. Circulated hole and cleaned out the oil. Set plug. Pulled tubing out of hole. Rig refused to talley tubing pulled from or ran into well. I counted 53 joints of 1.5" tubing removed from the well after plug was set.
1321262727 2006-05-22 Oil pumped from leaking tank to Orwig tank; area around well head cleaned and sawdust spread.
204540355 2007-12-18 Kramer's men did not have the rig or Timco TD top of cement plug. They ran in the hole and shot at 1157' the 4.5" casing came free. Circulate hole to remove mud on backside of casing. 4.5" pulled up 3' then got hung in hole. Tried to pump on it could not get circulation and 4.5" would not move. Shot 2nd time at 1031' did not come free. Shot at 966' came free. Pulled one joint then cemented 100' of 200' plug. Pulled 3 joints then cemented 100' to finish the 200' plug. Set 3rd plug. On last plug 222' to surface the cement did not circulate to surface only water. They ran out of cement. 966' of 4.5" was removed from the well.
2104723537 2004-08-04 Leaking oil (see Picture 367) and no indentification. Power line runs up to a Orwig well from this one.
354675016 2007-12-19 When I arrived on location The rig was still set up and I asked them to TD top of the last plug. Darrel rig operator refused to do it. He said that the cement was at the surface around 3' down. I looked and it did look like grey cement but it had a froth on it. I questioned that it was not solid. They used a shovel to touch the grey and it moved revealing water. I then told them to measure the top of cement before rigging down. They refused to run down the hole and proceeded to rig down. I said that it had to be measured. Tim (Kramer Exploration) then measured the top of the cement at 23' he used a 25' tape. I questioned this method and he said it touched cement. After the rig moved off site I measured the top of the cement with a 200' fiberglass tape with a steel weight attached to it. I measured Top of cement at 39'8". I then informed Tim of my measurement and he said that they wanted to wait to top it off when they had cement trucks on the next well.
825454187 2007-04-19 No work has been done to the site. This well has been bought by AEP and is going to be plugged. There is a small amount of brine on the ground by the tank's it looks like a 2" iron pipe is leaking some brine. It is forming a wet area beside the lease road. AEP is having Kramer Exploration help them in the process of plugging the wells on the land fill site. I will contact Kramer and show them the well and the brine seep.
