-1591275900 2013-05-01 I was on location with inspector Kevin Perry and Nick's Well Plugging to spot the bottom plug in this well. There was approximately 4,176' of 1.5" tubing in the well to spot the bottom plug. Nick's rigged up, began circulating the hole, mixed and pumped 6.3 barrels of cement, and displaced the cement with 9.3 barrels of water. The tubing was pulled and the wellhead was shut-in for the night. No violations.
1371237638 2013-05-16 I was on location to check the restoration status of this plugged and abandoned domestic well. The tank battery had been disassembled and all surface equipment was removed from the location. Mr. Spolarich had just finished grading the areas of the wellhead and tank battery. This location has been restored. Final restoration is approved.
2011702581 2013-05-02 I was on location with inspector Kevin Perry and Nick's Well Plugging to plug and abandon this domestic well. Nick's ran in the hole and tagged the Clinton plug at a depth of 3806'. They pulled up the hole and ripped the 4.5" casing at 2745' and pulled 4-42' joints to set the "Big Lime" plug. They pulled 48 more joints and set a 200' plug across the bottom of the surface casing and pulled 7 joints to set the surface plug. The hole was circulated prior to setting each plug and the hole was topped off after setting the surface plug. The cement held and the casing was cut off 36" below grade. The ID sign was welded on and the circulating pit was closed. The surface equipment will be removed tomorrow. This well has been properly plugged and abandoned. See plugging report for details on this job. No violations.
