At the entry way there is a separator/ drip and (2) one hundred barrel production tanks and (1) fifty barrel steel brine tank with the I.D. posted setting inside a containment dike. The requirements to meet The Division of Oil and Gas standards will be to make the well capable of commercial production within thirty days or plugging is required within ninety days, failure to comply may result in forfeiture of bond. 9-9-02
