1017696737 2005-02-09 Status check inspection found a leaking flowline with gas bubbling to the surface. Called Pine Top and was told that they were aware of the problem and that it would be corrected. 9-10-04
1313409154 2011-08-02 While excavating a perc trench for a septic system, Tom LaPlante with the Summit County Health Department encountered either the old pit or a lateral dug during pit closure. He requested this inspection to confirm the initial assessment and determine any environmental impact. On this date, the pit was full of standing water. The water had no sheen nor any odor. The wellhead was overgrown to the point where the equipment was no longer visible outside of the fence. I spoke to Tony Carlisle with Pinetop about maintenance requirements.
