-1616652879 2009-07-20 Inspection this day found found old well tied into gas line, part of old scissor jack still on it. Not sure where tank is, no ID's, is producing. Is about 20' from well across the line owned by Carl Heinrich.
1247986677 2014-07-22 Performed an inspection on this well in response to a landowner complaint. Upon inspection , it was observed that this well is incapable of production. The well consists of a "scissor jack" pumping unit over 5.25" casing with a gas escape packer with 2" production tubing and rods. The 2" poly line that was once attached to the production tubing is broken off at the fitting. There is no line attached to the gas escape tubing. The well is corroded and has not been pumped recently. No pollution or contamination issues were observed. There is no identification information posted at the well or production tank. According to RBDMS production records, this well produced 100 bbl of oil and 200 cf of gas in 2013. Photos were taken of this well to support that it is idle and has not produced in several years. P&D Valentine Oil Co. will have 180 days from the receipt of this notice to plug the well. 9-9-05(A)10

1312062932 2005-01-04 Inspection this day found well run with old shackleline and powerhouse. Very close to Collins #15 well but over the line. Both wells on south side of road and this is SW well shown on 3-D topo. No ID's but on Valentine land so sure it is theirs. Needs permit no, added to bond

1472579254 2014-08-08 Upon inspection, it was observed that no changes have been made to this well location. I spoke with Mr. Paul Valentine in person and he stated that he is in the process of making new ID tags for all the wells on this lease. Mr. Valentine also stated that updated production records will be submitted for all of the wells on this lease. When asked if he had any plans to plug this well, Mr. Valentine stated that he intends to bring in Mr. Rob Armstrong's service rig and attempt to pull the old tubing and packer and run in with new to try and achieve production. If this attempt is unsuccessful, Mr. Valentine will plug the well.
