1403003311 2014-06-13 Inspected production well on 06/13/2014. The tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl steel tanks, 1-1,600 gal plastic tank, and 1-horizontal separator within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within a locked metal fence. A gas leak was noted at the meter, a small fluid leak was noted at the separator, as well as oil and paraffin around the plugs at the bottoms of both steel tanks that will need to be addressed. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. 3 rods are laying alongside the pump jack. A partial identification (well name, number, and permit number) is written on the electric box, but a complete well identification will need to be posted. Randell Oil was notified of these issues and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
