The oprator should continue to monitor the site to insure that 70% uniform coverage criteria. | |

The well apparatus and brine tanks located onsite appear to in sound working condition. The Department notes accelerated erosion created from run off of the adjacent hillside is creating a scoured ditch to transport erosion and sedimentation to be transported over the hillside behind the well head. The Department suggest that the Operator line the ditch at the bottom of the hill adjacent to the well head with clean durable rock. The Department also suggest the Operator regrade the affected area and install rip rap and catch basin between the well pad area down to the sediment fencing installed at the limit of disturbance. |
