Followed up on reported spill of 1 1/2 bbl of drill mud. Appears to have been contained on plastic. Operator in process of cleaning up spill. Spoke with Nabors Driling Mgr about keeping site cleaner.
1985319 2011-06-27 Pending Bubbling observed in cellar around outside of 9 5/8" casing. Operator to clean out cellar so source of bubbling can be better determined.

2014431 2011-10-25 Pending DEP arrived on site at 11 am. The purpose of the inspection was to check the status of the wells and not any activity on site. At the time of inspection, crews were installing new plastic secondary containment for upcoming frac. Six wells have been drilled (1H - 6H). All six wells are currently shut in and not vented. Inspection of the Baker 6H cellar revealed steady rolling bubbling alongside the 9 5/8" casing. It is requested by the DEP that the Operator identify the source of the leak. The Operator is to notify the DEP when this work is to be completed. The Operator shall provide a summary of the findings, and a description fo what repairs need to be completed. According to Chapter 78 Section 78.86...the Operator has the option to correct the defect or submit a plan to correct the defect for approval by the Department within 30 days.
