Universal was in the process of Hydro fracturing well. Filter fence set on down gradient side of well pad. Pit aligned with 20 mil plastic. No freeboard issues. Well permit present. At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW issues at the site.
1837793 2009-10-23 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well was drilled and in production. The brine tank was in sound condition. Site was properly signed and E&S plan was onsite for review. Drill pits were removed. The area was recently seeded and mulched. Filter fabric fence was installed correctly, no erosion or sedimentation issues were observed in relation to the well site. Access road was in good condition. It is recommended that riprap be added to the culvert outlets.

No accelerated erosion or sedimentation or industrial waste issues observed. Brine tank appears sound. Accompanied by WQS Dana Burk during inspection.
