No well tag was found at this site and a piece of liner was found half buried to the left of the end of the access road to the pad. Once the site is determined to meet the requirements of permanent stabilization, as per 25 PA Code ᄃ 102.22(a) a Well Restoration Report, as required under 25 PA Code ᄃ 78.65 (3), should be submitted to the Department. No violations were cited during this inspection.
