Top-hole rig was actively drilling during inspection (WGM). The 129-28071 christmas tree was being removed and the well was being capped to allow the main rig to have access to neew holes. Mike Cribbs (Williams) was on site overseeing this work. Mr. Cribbs noted it was Williams who frac'ed the 129-28071 sometimes last summer. Site was fully constructed, rocked and graded. Drainage ditch was mostly rocked. All areas were vegetated, or hydroseeded. Other BMPs were in place and were functioning adequately. No E&S issues. |
