Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION_COMMENT
2033880 2012-01-10 No Violations Noted Investigated a complaint regarding water quality. Looked at closest well and took water samples. Final complliance is pending.
2049025 2012-03-09 No Violations Noted On February 27, 2012, I received the lab results from the split sample. These results indicate that the water quality meets the MCL standards for the tested pollutants. The complainant worried about a モsulfur smellヤ and the sulfates tested at 79 mg/l; this is well below the 250 mg/l secondary MCL.

Based on the field observations and the lab analysis, I cannot confirm an impact of this water supply with any O&G operations in the area. The Department will abate this violation as of March 9, 2012.
