Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION_COMMENT
2066242 2012-05-09 No Violations Noted A routine partial inspection was conducted at the Showalter pad on 5/9/12. The last inspection conducted on behalf of the operator was on 5/7/12 by Penn E&R. There was 17 wheelie tanks on-site and they were on containment. Several puddles on the pad (not on containment) were screened for elevated conductivity, none exhibited high readings. One area on containment had a reading of 4.27 mS. This was located near the wheelie tank N37013. There were multiple holes observed in the liner, but none in the area of the elevated reading. The cause of the elevated reading should be determined and corrected. The liquid on the liner should be collected and disposed of properly. The integrity of the liner should be retired as soon as possible. No erosion issued were observed during this inspection. No new violations were cited during this inspection. - MRN
