The site was determined to meet the requirements of 25 Pa Code ᄃ102.22(a)(2) (i) Permanent Stabilization. A minimum uniform 70% perennial vegetative cover, with a density capable of resisting accelerated erosion and sedimentation was observed. Attached is the approved Well Site Restoration Report. No violations were cited during this inspection.
