On the north toe of slope of the pad a small diameter pipe was draining what appeared to be fresh water from underneath the site. Some on site erosion had taken place along this outfall. No sediment had left the site. Also, some red staining and standing water was evident along the rock channel after the outfall of the sediment trap. Construction was being conducted on the adjacent fresh water storage impoundment. No violations noted at this time. |

At time of inspection, Department noted that muster point did not go outside LOD and observed no potential E&S issues from its construction. Dept representative Samantha Foulk field-approved this change to the E&S plan. (Refer to ESCGP-1 admin inspection ID 2150218). |
