On 8 Decemebr 2013, around 07:00 a release of approximately 20 gallons of brine was discovered off of containment (limited to well pad). Inspection revealed small holes in containment possibly caused by a leg of a trailer. The containment was replaced and rubber mats were placed underneath the containment where the trailer's legs would rest. Effected gravel/soil was excavated and properly disposed. Cold weather and hard-packed pad surface limited extent the spilled fluid could penetrate the soil. There appeared to be minimal environmental impact as the result of this incident. | |||
