1999614 2011-06-06 No Violations Noted
2220840 2013-11-05 No Violations Noted On November 5, 2013, I stopped at Rangeï¾’s Bedillion-Day pad for a routine inspection; the only other person on-site during my inspection was the well tender. Range has three wells on-site and in production; 1H (125-23609), 2H (125-23158) and 4H (125-125-23156). The site has an ESCGP-1, ESX09-125-0011; according to Department records, this ESCGP-1 is still active.

The site has an Act 9 sign in front and is secured by a locked gate. There was a good PPC plan in the mailbox. The site appears permanently stabilized with very good vegetation. I did notice some gullies forming on the access road. I saw no obvious leaks although it is obvious cows have recently visited the site. Ranges is required conduct the weekly/precipitation events inspections and maintain the required records until this ESCGP-1 is closed with a NOT.
