Filter fabric fence appeared to have been installed correctly. Noted that the below grade pit located onsite had a rocky subbase. The Department recommends that the operator regrade the sides of the below grade pit so that it may be properly lined with either soil or hay/straw to protect the pit liner from possible puncture and subsequent failure during well drilling and stimulation activities.

Once the weather permits the operator will finish restoration activities through seeding and mulching. The operator should then monitor the site to insure that the 70% uniform coverage criteria is met
