1199866 2003-01-13 No Violations Noted Well site i.d. sign and E+S plan are missing from the site.

Operator to be notified of the missing sign. The Filter fabric fence has been toed in and haybales have been brought in to reinforce critical areas. Violations have been corrected, however the potential for erosion and sedimentation remains high due to close proximity of the stream to the site, If filter fabric is not maintained during a thawing or rain event.
