Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION_COMMENT
1953693 2011-01-06 No Violations Noted Northeast 10 - Td@400, Waiting on cmt dry time, returns on cement, site and location good, pit good.
2147084 2013-03-11 No Violations Noted The site has three wells on it. Yeager 1H spudded but not completed (125-24314), Yeager 2H, Regulatory Inactive (125-24315) and 7H, producing (125-23824).

The well site does have a sign and the 7H well does have a tag, but they probably do not meet the new Act 9 standards,

Range is in the process of restoring this pad. The sides have been re-graded and seeded. They filled-in and re-seeded the drill cuttings pit. The vegetation is mostly very good although some of the work on the west slope needs to germinate; this should happen with the warmer weather. The company still has silt sox on the west slope.

I noticed no obvious spills or discoloration around the process tanks or the active well.

The 7H well is actively producing, but the other two are simply covered holes in the ground. 1H is listed as active in the DEPï¾’s data base, but that does not appear to be the case.

2217909 2013-10-23 No Violations Noted On October, 23, 2013, while conducting an inspection of the Yeager CI, I noticed that Range was expanding the Yeager well pad. This expanded area was to both the southwest and northeast side of the pad. It included the area where the recently filled-in cuttings pit had originally been.

Upon, returning to the office I found that the status of the Yeager 2H well was changed to モactiveヤ in eFacts. I will follow-up with a complete inspection in the near future.

2219672 2013-11-05 No Violations Noted On November 5, 2013, Vince Yantko, Bryon Miller and I stopped at the Yeager drill site for a routine inspection.

The site has an Act 9 sign out front containing the essential information. I found an E&S plan and a PPC plan in the mailbox up by the guardメs trailer. All three wells are listed as モactiveヤ in eFacts but only the 7H well is in production. Both the 1H and 2H wells were spudded on December 23, 2010, but have not yet been developed. There are three production tanks on-site and they have containment around them. The 7H well is labeled and protected by a locked, chainラlink enclosure. The 1H and 2H wells are covered by steel plates and are behind cement Jersey barriers. I saw no obvious spills.

2223625 2013-11-18 No Violations Noted On November 18, 2013, I stopped at Rangeï¾’s Yeager drill pad for a routine inspection. They newly seeded areas were starting to come in and there was no evidence of accelerated erosion on the site.

2249091 2014-02-14 No Violations Noted On February 14, 2014, I verified that Range was setting up to resume drilling at the Yeager well pad. According to the on-site supervisor, they were planning on resume drilling (the 1H and 2H pads were already spudded) on either Sunday, February 16th or Monday February 17th.
2249848 2014-02-20 No Violations Noted
2359038 2015-04-07 No Violations Noted Outstanding violations linked to the Yeager site inspection #2289510
