2236008 2014-01-13 No Violations Noted At time of inspection, well drilled and equipped for production. According to records, drilling occurred 11/1/2003-11/5/2003.

Access road vegetated. Site permanently stabilized with uniform and adequate vegetative growth. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues observed in relation to well site or access road.

Brine tank appears sound; however, small area of possible corrosion observed (See attached). No active leaks or discharges detected at this time. Department recommends Operator conduct inspection of production tank to ensure structural integrity is not compromised in order to prevent any potential pollution events from occurring.

Legibility of well label compromised. Department recommends Operator install well tag on well as per current regulations to ensure legibility is maintained. A follow-up inspection will be conducted in the future to ensure full compliance.
