The last inspection conducted on behalf of the operator was on 9/26/2013. The 2H and 2HB wells have been drilled and a third well (23H) has recently been spudded. During this inspection the site was being re-graded in preparation for additional drilling in the coming weeks. The cut slope above the pad is in need of further stabilization. Some sediment transport to the rock-lined ditched was observed, but nothing has left the site. No violations were cited during this inspection. | |||
