It did appear that runoff had been flowing into the pit due to the light brown coloration of the fluids in the pit. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. Operator should continue to monitor the site and all erosion controls until well development activities are completed.
2083657 2012-07-17 No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Well-site had been regraded and the vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site.
