---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
2055562 | 2012-03-19 | No Violations Noted | The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a Routine Inspection. The Marcellus Wells have been drilled and appear to be in production. The site is in over-all good condition. The E/S controls appear to be in good working condition. The Department discussed a few land owner concerns with this site in the past. There was some minor erosion around the sediment traps. The Operator added some silt fence at the base of the fill slope to insure sediment did not get off site. The Department spoke with the Operator by phone while on site and they plan to begin restoration has soon as the weather permits. |
