Wellhead consisted of 8﾿ pipe to 4﾿ pipe to 2﾿ production pipe with rabbit float. No signs of leaks from wellhead. Production equipment consisted of separator (180 psi), data logger (175/0 psi) and 100 bbl brine (<20 bbl fluid). At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW issues.


1953896 2011-03-01 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well tag present and well in production. WR states well completed on 03/18/1995. Site restored. Noted a faint gas odor. No IW issues observed. Brine tank ok. Shared farm access road and behind brine tank had some minor ES concerns, with rutting and ponding water, which could be a result of recent thaws. No accelerated ES issues observed at this time. Recommend that operator continue to monitor site to prevent a possible pollution event and/or prevent the development of any accelerated ES issues.
2139484 2013-02-11 No Violations Noted At time of inspection, well in production. Well tag present, legible. Brine tank appeared sound, leaning very slightly towards well head. Access road stable. No erosion or sedimentation issues were observed. Department recommends that Operator continue to monitor and maintain well site and access road as necessary.
