2349545 2015-03-06 No Violations Noted Visited the Gaylord 3H well on March 6 1015 at around 12pm. Proper Site ID was present at edge of lease with proper permit number for the 3H and 4H which hadn't been drilled. Inspection records in mailbox showed well had been inspected by swn inspector earlier that day. Gate to pad had been broken or cut open. Production tree was in place for the 3H. No guages were present on production tree ben valve for production line out was open and sounded like it was pressurized. Cellar was completely snow covered. Cement barriers were in place around head and cellar. Well was tagged with necessary information.
