Filter fence was properly installed and functioning, although it is recommended that operator continue to closely monitor structural integrity of bmp to ensure continued functioning ability. Site was regarded, seeded and mulched with near 70% successful vegetative growth exhibited. Observed small bubbles coming out of annulus and approximately 900psi of pressure on well head (matter will be referred to OG Inspector Paul Wyrwas for further investigation). Spoke with WQS Ed Ritzer while onsite, about observations whom consulted with OG Inspector Supervisor and concurred with myself to refer to OG Inspector. (Pictures and video were taken). | |||
