Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION_COMMENT
214008 1991-10-03 No Violations Noted SITE RESTORED; TANK
1057859 2001-08-31 No Violations Noted Inspected as a result of service request #001-005-017. No problems found--advised operator to implement better housekeeping procedures.
2155931 2013-03-26 No Violations Noted Inspected well with Complainant present. Well had very slight expression of gas leaking from separator at time of inspection.

Well properly identified and equipped with separator and produced fluids tank. House service meter set located approximately 250ï¾’ from well. 7ï¾” x 4 1/2ï¾” annulus closed. Produced fluids tank follow up inspection referred to WQS C. Livermore. Notified Operator rep V. Shumaker of inspection. Operator submitted 2012 production data.

2159617 2013-04-04 Pending Brush had overgrown around production equipment at time of inspection. Site appeared to be equipped for production. Apparently production fluids had discharged darkening an area of soil approximately 20 feet long and 8 feet wide extending downslope from the brine tank. There was no vegetation in the discharge area. Samples of soil were taken from background upslope of the well apparatus and from the area affected by the discharge.
