| 2054149 | 2012-03-21 | No Violations Noted | A routine inspection was conducted at the Pierson 810 pad on Mar. 21, 2012. Seven wells are drilled (1H, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H, 6H, and 8H) and one additional well is permitted (7H). The Fox pad has not yet been constructed. The erosion control BMPs were inspected and wer found to be functioning and maintained. Several puddles around the pad were monitored with a conductivity probe. No elevated readings for specific conductivity were found outside containment. A reading of 3,200 ï¾µS was taken from inside the secondary containment for the production tanks. This material should be recovered and disposed of properly. Both cut and fill slopes were showing signs of sporadic vegetative growth. These areas need to be assessed to determine if re-seeding is warranted. No violations were cited during this inspection. - MRN | |||

The last inspection conducted on behalf of the operator was on 10/4/13. During this inspection the following was noted: The silt sock installed at this has degraded over time and is in need of maintenance or replacement prior to any additional earth disturbance activities. Several area of the site are in need of additional stabilization. No evidence of sediment transport off-site was observed during this inspection. Several puddles were screened and no exhibited elevated conductance. No violations were cited during this inspection. |
