154624190 2014-04-23 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus valve is closed. The valves on the wellhead are currently closed. Production records show the well to be producing. The well is supplying domestic gas off of the wellhead. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The tank battery and lease road are being shared by permit number 2-0307.
